A. Function of Cleaning System with suction

The AQUAFLEX-Cleaner-System is a highly efficient cleaning concept. The high pressure cleaning tool (see: Components - water tools) is adapted to the cleaing task and all time traverses continuously over the area to be cleaned. It is always important to keep the current production process clean and not negatively influence the production process. The cleaning boot ensures that the reflected water is sucked off with the detached dirt particles so that they can be safely disposed of.The principle of operation thus ensures a continuous clean maintenance of the surface to be cleaned during production. Cleaning shutdowns of cleaning times do exist anymore.

   
   

B. Effective cleaning of the fabric surface with the Aquaflex Cleaner System

Effective cleaning of the fabric surface and its structure Aquaflex Cleaning System. A water jet inclined against running of the direction of the fabric cleans the surface better and more effectively:

  • Removal of surface deposits (1) from the fabric and transfer it to the suction zone (2).

  • Removal of deposits between fabric crossovers (3).

The internal water jet injector provides additional suction power and keeps the suction channel always clean. This ensures that the cleaning efficiency is maintained and the maintenance effort is reduced.

A clean fabric improves the paper contact and allows a more even drying. Clean mesh structure ensures effective operation of stabilizer boxes and vacuum rolls, which can increase the speed of paper production. Always kept clean fabric, the cleaning water is continuously removed and there is no wet strip in the paper.
